Inside Business Development Associate

With over 30 years success, Heritage Business Systems has openings for aspiring Business Development professionals. Candidates should be eager to learn the Office Technology industry and best practices to grow current accounts and gain new market share within our extensive tristate territory.   We are looking for ambitious and energetic people with a passion for inside sales to join our Business Development Team. You will be responsible for helping us identify, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers in the sales process.

Duties:
  • Drive sales revenue and market share via inbound / outbound sales calls and prospecting for new business.
  • Be the initial contact with customers to develop and establish collaborative relationships.
  • Work with HBS Account Managers to set onsite or showroom appointments.
  • Support marketing campaigns with direct phone, mailings and email contact to targeted prospects.
  • Use various online sources and tools to identify, enter, and organize prospect CRM database and lists of companies and contacts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly objectives for scheduled appointments with qualified leads; follow-ups; and mailings with potential new customers.
  • Consistently demonstrate positive and professional image with all written and verbal communication.
  • Confirm and coordinate appointments through verbal and written communication to assure all participating parties involved have the necessary information to attend scheduled appointments.
  • Provide a summary of each customer interaction and defined next steps in the CRM.
  • The position interfaces directly with customers, but will also work with other members of the Sales Team and other internal departments.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Fully support the Business Development Team and Sales Staff in setting appointments.
  • Be comfortable with cold calling, rejection, prospecting, and appointment setting. 
  • Can build rapport and relationships with customer decision-makers and influencers.
  • Candidates must be self-starters who are able to manage their own work schedule with a minimal amount of oversight.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), CRM, Google/Google Drive, other web-based/online sales tools, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Our Managed Print Sales Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring focused and productive communication with new and existing clients.  Our Managed Print Sales Coordinator resolves all complex inquiries from the clients to ensure customer satisfaction and is also responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for every day operation of the process towards fulfillment of the company offers.
 
Duties:

Copier Repair Technician (Delaware) 

With over 30 years success, Heritage Business Systems has an opening for an experienced Copier Repair Technician for our Delaware installations.

A Copier Repair Technician provides critical technical support on equipment, systems and connections within our Delaware geographic territory (New Castle and Kent Counties).  A+ Certification is a plus. 

Duties:

  • Maintain and repair copiers at customer locations within the Delaware territory (New Castle and Kent Counties)
  • Troubleshoot/diagnose networked digital copier problems 
  • Continue the customer relationship to determine service needs on Heritages broad product line be responsible for customer satisfaction with the service
  • Modify and install all manufacturer equipment modifications and updates on assigned equipment
  • Complete required paperwork for service portion if Customer Relationship Management
  • Be responsible for on hand, field ready parts inventory
  • Perform related duties as required by the Service Mananger
